MICRO FUND FOR CROSS-CULTURAL MUTUAL SUPPORT PROJECTS 

PURPOSE: 

Over the years of working with ethnic minority women in Hong Kong, we have observed how thriving the ethnic minority community is - the community is resourceful, creative, adaptive and powerful in its own way, but its potential is frequently overlooked. We believe that just a little push and preparation would enable them to fully utilise their capacities in addressing their own needs. Through providing tailored capacity-building training and through a simpler (than a lot of other existing funds, we believe) application procedure, we enable ethnic minority women to take the baby steps to make a change in their communities.
