This June, we launched a mutual-aid micro fund programme. The one-year programme will, after conducting the needed assessment, support ethnic minority women with capacity-building training to initiate projects that utilise their potential and resources to address their needs. It is in empowering women of different ethnicities to fully utilise their potential that we see a more culturally and gender-equal future.
