Community Buliding

This is a two-year co-learning project focused on the health and wellbeing of ethnic minority women, funded by the PCD. This project aims to deepen the community engagement of ethnic minority women, empower them with equal participation and co-learning approaches, enhance their voices, and facilitate the shift of their roles from passive participants to active contributors. Additionally, TheM is committed to fostering cross-cultural collaboration, and we believe that health and wellbeing are universal experiences that able to connect people of all backgrounds.

Micro Fund for Mutual Support

Empower

Over the years of working with ethnic minority women in Hong Kong, we have observed how thriving the ethnic minority community is - the community is resourceful, creative, adaptive and powerful in its own way, but its potential is frequently overlooked. We believe that just a little push and preparation would enable them to fully utilise their capacities in addressing their own needs. Through providing tailored capacity-building training and through a simpler (than a lot of other existing funds, we believe) application procedure, we enable ethnic minority women to take the baby steps to make a change in their communities
