Founded in 2014, Translate for Her (TheM) is a Non-Profit Organisation jointly established by a group of ethnic minority women and Hong Kong Chinese. By building a mutual support platform among Chinese and ethnic minority women in Hong Kong, we aim to facilitate cross-cultural collaborations and promote gender equality.
Why is Translate For Her also referred to as TheM?

Beyond Translation
Over the past two years, Translate for Her has been working on a community co-learning project aiming at empowering ethnic minority women.
This newsletter is not a full recount of our experiences, nor is it a wikipedia of the experiences of all ethnic minority women. Despite the limited scope, we still hope to reintroduce the reality left untranslated.
